Exhibitor Space & Rates

Take the steps to reserve your space today…
  • STEP 1: Decide how much space you need.
  • STEP 2: Using the floor plan, select a location for your company's exhibit
  • STEP 3: Complete the online contract and send the required deposit.

Option 1:

The complete package is available in 9 sqm units and includes:
  • Exhibit space
  • Walls on three sides
  • Sign panel with company name
  • Carpet
  • One table
  • Two chairs
  • Wastebasket
  • One 110-volt electrical outlet
  • Booth lighting

    Option 2:

    Raw Exhibit Space in a minimum of 18 sqm units includes:
  • Exhibit Space

    Option 3:

    *Outdoor Space is available, if also contracting a minimum of 18 sqm of raw interior space or 9 sqm of package space.

    EXHIBIT SPACE COST

  • Complete Package = $330/sqm, plus 15% IVA**
  • Raw Space = $275/sqm, plus 15% IVA**
  • Outdoor Space = $150/sqm*

    **IVA is the international Value-Added Tax
