What is the standard booth size?
A Standard booth is 3 x 3 meters. This is approximately a 10' x 10' booth.
How much does a booth cost?
Exhibit Space Cost:
On or before September 30, 2004:
Complete Package = $315/sqm, plus 15% IVA**
Raw Space = $260/sqm, plus 15% IVA**
*Outdoor Space = $143/sqm
After September 30, 2004:
Complete Package = $330/sqm, plus 15% IVA**
Raw Space = $275/sqm, plus 15% IVA**
Outdoor Space = $150/sqm
What is IVA tax?
IVA tax is the International Value-Added tax. The value-added tax in Mexico is charged for the performance of acts or activities. The value-added tax rate is 15 percent. Thus, in accordance with the Value-Added Tax Law (IVA), certain activities are taxable, among them the following:
Sale of goods.
Provision of services.
Temporary use of properties (renting).
Imports of goods and services.
When is the balance due on my booth?
Final payments are due February 14, 2005 to secure your booth space. A 50% deposit is required with signed contract.
How is space assigned?
Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
